If your wedding/event is postponed for unseen circumstances, I will reschedule with you for a date in the future.

If it is canceled indefinitely, you may use the services you booked for something else.

You have two days from the date of cancellation to decide on the use of service.

For the new service use

** The person who paid is the only one who can use the services for something else. **

-Failure to contact me for cancellation or to reschedule will void all of the above-

 

All services require a deposit at booking to hold your date. 

-Weddings are done in two payments:

1st payment at booking = 50%

2nd payment at final walkthrough before project is completed

Your service is not transferable. This means that any funds you paid me for a service that was cancelled or unused cannot be transferred to someone else.

Complete theme/style changes to the initial project after work begins will be an additional fee. If you are unhappy with the result of the project, we offer a one-time change/fix at no cost. Any other attempts to change/fix the project will be an additional charge.

Bespoke Bliss retains usership to décor used in our builds and we retain the right to use that décor in other builds.
